Dear doctor
We appreciate your interest in presenting at our medical meeting. Unfortunately, we regret to inform you that you will not be able to present at our Autumn Meeting this year.
Due to overwhelming interest we had to shortlist speakers with greatest benefit to their carrer progression (i.e. those applying to speciality training this year).
We aim to set high standards for our meeting and to run it twice a year. We will keep you on our list of speakers and give you priority for our next meeting.
You are more than welcome to join our meeting on Wednesday November 25 and we hope you will enjoy it.
