Using Microsoft Teams

It is our responsibility to prevent any technical issues on the day of the session. Therefore, we would like to briefly test Microsoft Teams few days before the meeting. We understand that you are busy during this time but it is improtant to sort any technical issues beforehand. We will be in touch with two timeslots for test run in short time.

In the meantime, please familiarise yourself with Microsoft Teams and make sure you have equipment ready and functional to deliver your talk.

Meeting will be recorded and published on our website for non-commercial and educational purposes. By presenting you give your consent to this.

Certificate

At the end of the meeting you will be given feedback form for all presentation. Please give feedback to your colleagues as they will do the same for you. After this is completed you will be awarded certificate for oral presentation at regional meeting.

Bottom line
